Massachusetts voted Scott Brown, a republican, into “The People’s Seat” in the U.S. Senate on Tuesday. Recently hacked e-mails by scientists who were trying to cover up the true information about climate change are making people everywhere question the field of science and it’s validity. Science has always been above the fray of politics, or at least everyone thought it was, but now we question all the facts that they present, and unfortunately, we probably always will now. In light of the politics behind scientific funding processes, what do you think this means to our future? Can we believe the scientists now if they tell us the sky is falling? What are your thoughts about Climate-Gate?
