It’s the start of a new work week in a brand new year and a new decade as well. Are you making any changes in your lifestyle? What do you think the next year holds for Americans, politically or otherwise? Health care? More taxes? Will there be reconciliation between Washington and the rest of America, or will there be more discourse?

Oh, but I do love Sterling Says! Hummmm…don’t know, actually. What will the new yr bring? I think the citizen has had it, and the displeasure will be reflected in the elections this yr. Will anything get ‘fixed’? Prob not! It seems the important issues are not addressed while we worry abt those things that are not important at all……or so it seems to this citizen, anyway. We are confused abt our enemy, and can’t seem to solve the prob of the ‘alien’ citizen in our midst, the ‘war on drugs’ continues, w/no resolution, and our youth continues to be uniformed due to a system that is wonting when it comes to teaching those who will be our leaders in the future. Our soldiers fight valiantly, and our government can’t get on the same page w/the generals. One turns the news on, and it’s Gibb’s, trying to be FUNNY??? What is up w/this guy anyway? Did someone tell him he was a comedian? Did he actually BELIEVE them? What an IDIOT, he is in these troubled times. Oh well…and so it goes, in the land of “As the Government Turns”, hum? I haven’t been paying a lot of attn, actually, as it’s like a bad soap opera…alarming on every level! I am anxious for the 2010 elections, and wonder if the citizen is really ready to say, HEY! Knock it off, or if they will continue to be complacent, and uninformed abt it all. {I am catching up! You rock! I LOVE Sterling Says…it’s one of my fav spots!} Gini
